HP issues EPS guidance for fiscal 2019

HP issued earnings guidance for fiscal 2019. The Palo Alto tech giant said it expects non-GAAP earnings to be in the range of $2.12 to $2.22, with free cash flow of at least $3.7 billion. Cloudera, Hortonworks merge in deal valued at $5.2 billion

Cloudera and Hortonworks, the two leading enterprise Hadoop providers, said they will combine in a merger of equals in a deal valued at $5.2 billion.
