ADP acquires WorkMarket, plans to integrate contractor management with HCM

ADP said it is acquiring WorkMarket, a platform that integrates full-time employees with contractors and partners. ADP said it will integrate WorkMarket with its human capital management tools. Priceline names former Dell Technologies exec Goulden as CFO

Dell Technologies is losing the head of its infrastructure solutions group to Priceline, which named David Goulden chief financial officer. Priceline said Goulden will begin as CFO effective March 1. IBM shows growth after 22 straight quarters of declining revenues, but has it turned the corner?
